I’m Emma Ottenhoff, a neurodivergent therapist who works with deeply feeling children, teens, and adults. Many of the people I support have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like traditional therapy just didn’t quite fit.
My work is rooted in connection, collaboration, and a neurodivergent affirming therapy. I integrate relational and experiential approaches to therapy, meeting clients in ways that feel more natural, embodied, and responsive to how they actually process the world.
Groups, workshops, and family sessions that strengthen connection, build skills, and support growth beyond individual therapy.
Experiential therapy using movement, creativity, and real-life experiences for clients who need more than talk therapy.
In-person therapy in metro Detroit or virtual across Michigan for neurodivergent, deeply feeling children, teens, and adults.
